Poor things. They all look stressed out.

This doesn't happen until waaaay ahead of time in the story.

Apparently, the city was hit with a devastating earthquake but the crazy thing is that the city does not sit on an active plate.

If that's not bad enough, looters and crooks take advantage of the chaos to raze and pillage

I don't have time to fix and ink this today. Another time after I finish my commission.

Sorry had to comment after seeig this guy, I love the tubby guy he looks so cute and fantastic, like a big cuddly bear

Also the girl just past him is really cute as well she looks amazing.

With all the bdu's and equipment they're packing, i'd imagine the police have had quaite a bit of experience with rioting and civil unrest

A little over a decade ago, they had a serious war. Their country is still a bit tight-fisted since then and that even bled down into their para-military operations. That and they're #1 at civic and military tech.
